The acting career of Reese Witherspoon began to take off following her enrollment at Stanford University. Her early success was in films like Pleasantville, Election and Legally Blonde. It was her role as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde's big-budget smash that truly set the stage for her professional career. The early 2000s saw her begin her professional career by playing minor television parts. Her debut as a feature film in the 2003 comedy The Invisible Man. In the following years, she has appeared in a number of television programs like House of Lies Whitney or Better Call Saul. As well as her acting profession as a performer, she's appeared in films like The Dictator or The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. In addition to her acting profession, she's also an accomplished painter and has exhibited her work in numerous galleries.
